May Socks

Two pairs of socks for May, the first ones shown were started way back on February 15 but not finished until May 23.  Poor things kept taking the back burner for other stuff.  The pattern is Hedera, the yarn is Cascade Heritage in color #5611.  I used 2.5mm needles and followed the pattern to a T. Details here.

 

 

The second pair are plain old 60st vanilla ankle socks, started April 22 and finished May 2.  The yarn is Mary Maxim Bounce, needle size 2.75mm, details here.

Sprung Socks by Theresa Walnus done for the Forlorn Patterns KAL with the raverly group Sock Knitters.  Very fun and fast knit.  Mods, I knitted top down instead of toe up.

Regia for the month of May!

Got a pair done for May!  Yarn is recycled from a previously poorly knit pair of socks.  They are a bit odd looking but they fit and will be worn next winter.
