October Socks

Pointelles
Here are my Pointelles, pattern by Cookie A, done in Blowsy Rose by PigeonRoof Studios.  I fell in love with the color name, and it is just beautiful.

This is the second pair of Pointelles I have done.  I must be getting better because the charts made more sense to me this time through so I had a better rhythm.

I am so sorry to see this group grow so small.  I have always enjoyed seeing the variety of socks that are made.

My July socks are Celtic Braid Socks #157 by Lynda Gemmell. I made them using Miss Babs Cosmic Babette in Freckles.

I love purple and blues, especially turquoise, so these suit me well.

March Socks

I'm excited to say that I've already finished my March socks!  I'm naming them Newport Beach Socks after the place in California where I first saw the Pacific Ocean.  The yarn colors remind me of the water, waves, and sand and rocks on the beach.

January Socks

Here are my January socks.  They are Mint Twist from Cookie A Sock Club.

The yarn is Tanis Fiber Arts Purple Label Sock Yarn in Julep.  It is a cashmere blend and is very soft.  Felt good on my hands while knitting and they are very soft on my feet.
